Real Estate Video Editor — Composite Stills Into Walkthrough Video (After Effects)

About the project I'm an interior designer working with luxury real estate brokers in NYC. I have an existing walkthrough video of a $4.9M home in Lawrence, NY, and I need an editor to composite my interior renderings into the video — so as each key room appears in the walkthrough, my rendering of that room transitions in over the live footage, holds, then dissolves back to the original. The finished video is the hero of a private buyer-facing webpage that the listing broker will share with serious buyers. Tone: Sotheby's, not Zillow. Final delivery: ~90–120 second 1080p MP4, plus the After Effects source file. What you'll work with: One walkthrough video of the property A set of still-image renderings of redesigned rooms A short list of which rendering pairs with which room Style requirements — please read carefully: This needs to feel like a quiet, expensive private film. Restraint is the entire style. Cross-dissolves and straight cuts only. No wipes, swooshes, zoom-bursts, light leaks, ripples, or any stylized transitions. Subtle Ken Burns camera drift on the stills is welcome. Do NOT use AI tools to animate objects inside the renderings (no moving curtains, flickering lights). Stills with subtle motion only. Two text cards total: one opening title, one closing broker contact card. No captions or labels during the body. Original walkthrough's pacing and natural look stays intact. No cinematic-stylized color grading. No music drops, stingers, or sound effects timed to transitions. Original audio (if any) preserved. Required: Demonstrated real estate or architectural video work in your portfolio (please link 2–3 examples; I won't review proposals without them) After Effects compositing experience Comfort with high-end / luxury aesthetic NOT for you if you: Have only wedding, social media, or corporate explainer experience Want to "spice it up" with music, motion graphics, or branding overlays Default to AI-generated transitions or effects To apply, please answer: Two or three real estate / architectural video samples (links).
