Real Estate Video Editor — PIP Reels with Custom Maps & Data Overlays (Dubai Property)

A series of 16 short-form videos (60-90 seconds each) for Instagram, TikTok, and LinkedIn. I'm looking for a skilled editor to take this from a long-term batch project into a consistent weekly content engine. About the format: - Picture-in-picture style: my talking head sits in the corner, with cinematic b-roll filling the rest of the frame - Burned-in kinetic captions throughout (no AI-generated subtitles, custom-styled) - Data overlays and graphics: animated bar charts, price comparisons, before/after stats, lower-thirds - Custom map graphics where I'm pointing out Dubai communities, metro lines, airport locations, growth corridors About the maps specifically (this is important): Several scripts need custom or AI-generated maps where I'm highlighting specific areas of Dubai. You need to be able to either build these in After Effects, source/edit base maps and animate highlights and labels on top, or use AI tools (Midjourney, Runway, etc.) to generate then composite them. Examples: animating the Dubai Metro Blue Line drawing across a city map, highlighting Dubai South around Al Maktoum Airport, marking the Tilal Binghatti community with a pin and label. These are not stock map clips, they need to be built or composited. About the work: - 16 scripts already written, with full beat-by-beat b-roll and edit direction included in the brief (each script has its own "B-Roll & Edit Direction" section telling you what to overlay and when) - I will provide the talking-head footage filmed in one batch session - You source b-roll (you should have your own stock subscriptions like Artgrid, Storyblocks, or Envato) - You build a reusable graphics template once (my brand colours, fonts, lower-third style) and reuse across all 16 - Ongoing: 4 new videos per week once we establish the workflow What I need from you: 1. 2-3 examples of real estate reels you've personally edited, with a one-line note on what you contributed vs what was already in the brief 2. At least one example showing custom maps or animated data graphics in your work (this is the key filter, please don't apply without this) 3. Software you work in (Premiere Pro / After Effects preferred, CapCut acceptable if your output quality is high) 4. Your turnaround time for one 60-90 second video given a script and talking-head footage 5. Your per-video rate, and your rate for a batch of 16 6. Whether you have your own b-roll stock subscriptions or need me to provide all clips 7. Confirmation you can do one paid test reel (Script 1, around 80 seconds) before we commit to the batch. I'll deduct the test fee from the batch rate if we proceed. Budget: Open to discussion based on the answers above.
