Real Estate AI Video Editor

We create professional AI-powered real estate videos using existing property listing photos for real estate agents in the US. We are looking for a skilled, reliable, and responsive video editor who can help us handle ongoing orders as the business grows. What You'll Do • Turn provided listing photos into professional 30–50 second real estate videos • Complete approximately 1–2 videos within 12–24 hours when orders are assigned • Use our established video style while adding your own creativity and editing expertise • Create smooth transitions, pacing, music, text, and visual effects where appropriate • Make revisions when requested • Ensure every video is polished and ready for professional real estate marketing • Communicate clearly if there are any issues, questions, or delays Availability You do not need to actively work 7 days a week, but you must be reachable 7 days a week when we have active orders or revisions. Fast communication is important because our customers will expect a reliable turnaround time. The ability to consistently meet the 12–24 hour delivery window is one of the most important requirements for this role. What We're Looking For • Experience with AI video generation and/or video editing • Good understanding of pacing, transitions, music, and visual storytelling • Ability to create clean, professional real estate content • Reliable and consistent with deadlines • Responsive and easy to communicate with • Comfortable receiving feedback and making revisions • Able to handle more orders as the business grows • Interested in building a stable, long-term working relationship This role has the potential to become an ongoing contract for several years for the right person as our client base and video volume grow.
