Must work in adobe I'm looking for a talented freelance video editor to transform raw real estate footage into a polished, high-quality promotional video. I'll provide all the source footage — your job is to bring it to life. The timeline is already set up with audio linked I only need a final video with coloring and 15 reels. What I'm looking for: The final video should be fast-paced and full of energy from start to finish. I want exciting, eye-catching captions and text overlays, dynamic transitions and effects, and tight, punchy cuts that keep the viewer engaged the whole way through. Think modern, scroll-stopping real estate content — not a slow walkthrough. Requirements: You should have proven experience editing real estate or similar promotional/social content, strong skills with motion graphics, captions, and effects, and a decent understanding of English (needed for accurate captions and clear communication).
