Real Estate Virtual Assistant (Craigslist + Facebook Posting)

We're looking for a highly organized Virtual Assistant to help manage rental property marketing and administrative tasks. you'll start with 1 hour per week or less (this is a test). if you prove yourself an asset we may expand your responsibilities. I run a marketing agency (google ads/web design /conversion rate optimization ) so this could lead to other tasks. Responsibilities: Create and post rental listings on Craigslist Post properties in Facebook groups and Facebook Marketplace Update listing details, photos, and pricing as needed Track postings and maintain organized records Assist with other real estate marketing and administrative tasks Requirements: Experience posting on Craigslist and Facebook preferred Comfortable using AI tools such as ChatGPT and other productivity software Extremely organized and detail-oriented Strong written English communication skills Reliable internet connection and ability to meet deadlines Able to follow systems and standard operating procedures Ideal Candidate: Has worked with real estate investors, property managers, or landlords Learns new software quickly Proactive problem solver Takes ownership of tasks without constant supervision When applying, please include: Your experience with Craigslist and Facebook posting Your experience using AI tools Examples of real estate or marketing work you've done Your hourly rate and weekly availability We're looking for someone dependable who can become a long-term part of our team.
