We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to become a key part of our sales team. Your Role Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified investor appointments for our Property Investment Consultants. This is a long-term position with opportunities for bonuses and career growth. Responsibilities Cold calling potential property investors Prospecting new leads daily Qualifying potential clients Booking appointments into our calendar Following up with leads via phone, SMS and email LinkedIn outreach and connection requests Updating our CRM (Zoho CRM) Maintaining accurate notes after every conversation Achieving daily and weekly KPIs Lead Sources You will work with leads from: Existing CRM database LinkedIn Sales Navigator Business owner databases Professional databases (medical, accounting, finance, etc.) Email campaigns Cold prospecting Online lead generation tools You should also be comfortable researching and sourcing new lead lists.
