Real Estate Lead Generation & Appointment Setter (Full-Time) About Us GainVestor is a growing Australian investment property company helping Australians build long-term wealth through strategic property investing. We specialise in helping professionals, business owners and families purchase high-quality investment properties across Australia. We are looking for a motivated and experienced Lead Generation & Appointment Setter to become a key part of our sales team. Your Role Your primary responsibility is to generate qualified investor appointments for our Property Investment Consultants. This is a long-term position with opportunities for bonuses and career growth. Responsibilities Cold calling potential property investors Prospecting new leads daily Qualifying potential clients Booking appointments into our calendar Following up with leads via phone, SMS and email LinkedIn outreach and connection requests Updating our CRM (Zoho CRM) Maintaining accurate notes after every conversation Achieving daily and weekly KPIs Lead Sources You will work with leads from: Existing CRM database LinkedIn Sales Navigator Business owner databases Professional databases (medical, accounting, finance, etc.) Email campaigns Cold prospecting Online lead generation tools You should also be comfortable researching and sourcing new lead lists. Ideal Candidate You have experience in: Cold calling Appointment setting Sales Development Representative (SDR) Business Development Real estate, finance or investment sales (preferred) Requirements Excellent spoken English with a clear, neutral accent Confident on the phone Professional and friendly communication Strong objection-handling skills Comfortable making 100–200 outbound calls per day Experience with CRMs (Zoho, HubSpot, Salesforce or similar) Reliable computer and high-speed internet Ability to work Australian business hours Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) 100–200 outbound calls per day 30–50 meaningful conversations per week 15–25 qualified appointments booked per month Accurate CRM updates after every interaction Bonus Points Experience with: Australian real estate Property investment LinkedIn Sales Navigator Apollo.io ZoomInfo Email outreach AI tools such as ChatGPT To Apply Please include: Your resume A short introduction Your cold-calling experience Industries you've worked in Calls made per day in previous roles Appointment booking results Voice recording (1–2 minutes introducing yourself) Your expected hourly or monthly rate Your availability
