Real Estate Virtual Assistant

We’re a fast-paced real estate team looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to help manage leads, create social media content, and keep operations organized. What You’ll Do Manage and follow up with leads in CRM (Brivity, Follow Up Boss) Re-engage non-active leads and move conversations toward appointments Create & schedule content (YouTube, IG, FB, TikTok) Edit video (CapCut or similar) Assist with newsletters, birthday/home anniversary outreach (SOPs provided) Organize email + calendar (Google Workspace) Personal/admin support (scheduling, online orders, etc.) You’re a Great Fit If You: Are highly organized and detail-oriented Communicate clearly and confidently Take initiative and follow through without constant direction Have experience with social media + video editing (Bonus) Have worked in real estate or with a CRM Tools Brivity, Follow Up Boss (or similar CRM), Google Workspace, CapCut (or similar), social platforms
