Real Estate Leasing & Administrative Coordinator We are looking for a highly organized Real Estate Leasing & Administrative Coordinator to support our growing Chicago leasing business. This role is ideal for someone with previous leasing and property management experience who can manage inquiries, coordinate showings, and keep our leasing pipeline organized. Responsibilities Lead & Applicant Management * Monitor and respond to all Zillow inquiries promptly. * Monitor and respond to all GoSection8 inquiries promptly. * Follow up with prospective tenants via text, phone, and email. * Answer common leasing questions regarding pricing, availability, qualifications, and move-in requirements. * Track all prospects and maintain organized records. Listing Management * Post and manage rental listings on Zillow. * Post and manage listings on GoSection8. * Update listing descriptions, photos, pricing, and availability as needed. * Ensure listings remain active and accurate across platforms. Showing Coordination * Schedule property showings on Google Calendar. * Organize showings efficiently based on location and travel time. * Group appointments geographically to minimize driving time and maximize showing volume. * Coordinate with prospective tenants and confirm appointments. * Send reminders and follow-up messages before showings. Leasing Support * Screen prospective tenants based on property requirements. * Collect application information and supporting documents. * Assist with application processing and communication. * Coordinate between applicants, landlords, and leasing agents throughout the leasing process. Required Experience * Previous real estate leasing experience. * Experience posting and managing listings on Zillow. * Experience using GoSection8. * Experience communicating with rental applicants. * Experience scheduling appointments and managing calendars. ### Skills * Excellent written and verbal English communication. * Strong organizational skills. * Ability to multitask and manage multiple properties simultaneously. * Attention to detail. * Strong problem-solving abilities. * Comfortable using Google Calendar, Google Sheets, and CRM systems. * Ability to think logistically and schedule showings in the most efficient route possible. Ideal Candidate * Has worked for a real estate brokerage, leasing company, property manager, or landlord. * Understands the leasing process from inquiry through application. * Can work independently with minimal supervision. * Responds quickly and professionally to prospects. * Thinks proactively and helps keep operations organized.
