We are looking for a results-oriented team member who enjoys finding opportunities, solving problems, and being rewarded for performance. ## What You'll Be Doing ### Cold Calling & Lead Generation * Call property owners, heirs, landlords, and distressed sellers * Build rapport and have natural conversations * Qualify leads and gather key information * Set appointments and schedule follow-ups * Update CRM notes accurately ### Real Estate Research * Tax delinquent properties * Tax sales and tax lien opportunities * Foreclosure research and auction tracking * Probate and inherited property opportunities * Vacant and distressed properties * Absentee owner research * Public records and county website research * Skip tracing and lead verification ### Administrative Support * CRM management * Lead tracking * Data entry * Email support * Follow-up campaigns * General acquisition support ## What We're Looking For ### Required Qualifications * Excellent conversational English * Clear speaking voice * Strong communication skills * Minimum typing speed of **40 WPM** * Ability to work U.S. business hours * Reliable high-speed internet * Strong VPN connection * Quiet professional workspace * Highly organized and detail-oriented * Able to work independently with minimal supervision * Strong work ethic and positive attitude ### Preferred Experience * Real estate investing * Cold calling * Lead generation * Tax sales * Foreclosures * Probate leads * Skip tracing * CRM management Experience with PropStream, Batch Leads, DealMachine, Podio, REI Reply, InvestorFuse, or similar platforms is a plus. ## Philippines Applicants Preference will be given to applicants who have: * Backup power source (generator, power station, UPS, etc.) * Secondary internet connection or mobile hotspot * Proven ability to remain online during outages * Reliable home office environment ## Compensation ### Hourly Pay Competitive hourly compensation based on experience. ### Performance Bonuses This position offers significant bonus opportunities.
