Bilingual Real Estate Virtual Assistant – Off-Market Lead Generation We are looking for a *bilingual (English/Spanish) Real Estate Virtual Assistant* with proven experience in *off-market lead generation* and *real estate cold calling*. The ideal candidate is confident speaking with property owners, identifying motivated sellers, and maintaining an organized lead pipeline. This position requires *a minimum of 20 hours per week*dedicated to outbound calling and lead management. We are looking for someone who is reliable, results-driven, and experienced in generating quality off-market opportunities. ## Responsibilities * Pull targeted off-market property owner lists using TruData. * Make outbound cold calls to property owners using SmrtPhone to identify motivated sellers. * Qualify leads by gathering information about the property's condition, the seller's motivation, timeline, and asking price. * Record detailed notes and accurately update lead statuses in TruData after every conversation. * Schedule follow-up calls, appointments, and reminders on the team calendar. * Organize and color-code leads based on motivation, follow-up priority, and deal potential. * Maintain consistent communication with prospects through scheduled follow-ups. * Keep the CRM organized and up to date to ensure no qualified lead is missed. * Communicate daily progress, call metrics, and qualified leads to the acquisition team. Requirements * Fluent in both English and Spanish. * Previous experience as a Real Estate Virtual Assistant or Acquisition Specialist. * Experience generating off-market and discounted property leads through cold calling. * Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls. * Experience using TruData, SmrtPhone, and CRM systems is preferred. * Strong communication, organization, and follow-up skills. * Self-motivated, dependable, and able to work independently. ## Schedule * Minimum of **20 hours per week**. * Consistent availability during designated calling hours. Compensation We offer competitive pay based on experience. We are also open to increasing compensation based on strong performance, consistency, and successful lead generation. Candidates who consistently produce qualified off-market leads and contribute to closed deals will have opportunities for higher pay and long-term growth with our team.
