Client & Lead Management Respond to inquiries from buyers, sellers, tenants, and investors. Conduct lead follow‑up via phone, email, SMS, and CRM. Schedule appointments, property showings, inspections, and meetings. Maintain client database and ensure accurate, up‑to‑date records. Administrative & Transaction Support Prepare contracts, agreements, disclosures, and other real estate documents. Coordinate with lenders, title companies, inspectors, and appraisers. Track deadlines and ensure all transaction milestones are completed on time. Assist with listing preparation: gathering property details, ordering photos, and organizing listing documents. Marketing & Social Media Create and schedule social media posts across platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn). Manage email marketing campaigns and newsletters. Update property listings on MLS and third‑party sites. Design marketing materials such as flyers, brochures, and open house announcements.
