Hello! We are seeking a friendly, dedicated Real Estate Virtual Assistant to manage inbound phone calls and other lead sources such as text messages, webforms, and webchats for our home inspection company. When not handling inbound leads, the role involves completing other tasks to ensure smooth operations such as outbound phone calls to past clients and potential referral partners. The ideal candidate will have experience with US real estate, excellent communication skills, and be able to work in a fast-paced environment. We use Google Sheets and Spectora. Our company is Handy Home Inspection of Michigan.
