Customer Support Representative

Job Overview * Responsible for handling inbound and outbound customer calls, emails, and text messages, assisting customers with cell phone and wireless service inquiries, processing orders, activating new services, troubleshooting devices, following up on invoices, and monitoring inventory levels to ensure adequate stock. Requirements * Previous customer service or sales experience preferred * Experience handling phone, email, and text support * Knowledge of cell phones and wireless services is an advantage * Ability to troubleshoot mobile devices and resolve customer issues * Strong communication, organizational, and multitasking skills * Comfortable processing orders and following up on invoices * Ability to monitor inventory and report low stock levels Work Hours 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST, Full-time position Rate: $6/hour
