Real Estate Website & Social Media Coordinator (Real Geeks Platform)

We are seeking a part-time marketing coordinator familiar with the Real Geeks real estate platform to help maintain and promote our real estate website and online presence. This role is approximately 5 hours per week ongoing. Responsibilities: * Update and manage website content on Real Geeks * Publish blog posts and community pages * Create and schedule social media posts * Promote listings and open houses * Assist with SEO-friendly content creation * Create landing pages and calls-to-action * Upload images/media and optimize presentation * Repurpose website/blog content into social posts * Help maintain consistent branding and messaging Ideal Candidate: * Experience with Real Geeks websites * Real estate marketing experience preferred * Familiar with Facebook, Instagram, and Canva * Understands basic SEO and lead generation * Organized and proactive * Can work independently with minimal supervision Please include: * Examples of real estate websites or social accounts you manage * Any Real Geeks experience * Your hourly rate * Availability per week * Examples of social posts or content creation work We are not looking for just a social media poster. We want someone who understands how content, SEO, website traffic, and social media work together to generate real estate leads.
