Real Estate Wholesaling List Builder & Data Operations Manager

We are looking for an experienced Real Estate List Builder & Data Operations Manager to build and manage lead generation lists for a real estate wholesaling operation in Indianapolis. This is NOT a general VA role. We are looking for someone who understands: - List building - Data quality - Skip tracing - CRM workflows - KPI tracking - Cold calling operations - Lead generation systems Responsibilities: - Build and maintain absentee owner, vacant, high equity, tax delinquent, probate, pre-foreclosure, and other motivated seller lists - Clean and deduplicate data - Manage skip tracing processes - Upload and organize data inside CRM and dialer systems - Track answer rates, contact rates, and lead quality - Create SOPs and scalable workflows - Continuously improve list performance Required Experience: - Real Estate Wholesaling - PropStream - BatchLeads - Skip Tracing Tools - CRM Systems - Data Management - KPI Analysis To apply, answer ALL of the following: 1.
