Experienced Real Estate Cold Caller Needed – Motivated Seller Lead Generation About Us We are a growing real estate investment and real estate sales business focused on helping homeowners sell their properties quickly and efficiently. We provide the lead lists, scripts, CRM access, and training. We are looking for an experienced cold caller who can confidently speak with property owners, uncover motivation, gather property details, and identify qualified sellers who are interested in receiving an offer. What You'll Be Doing Call approximately 2,500 property owners from our provided lead lists Build rapport with homeowners Identify property owners who may be interested in selling Gather detailed property information Determine seller motivation and timeline Accurately update CRM notes after each conversation Flag qualified leads for follow-up and offer presentation Schedule appointments when appropriate Required Experience Previous real estate cold calling experience (investor, wholesaling, or residential real estate preferred) Strong English communication skills Ability to handle objections professionally Experience using CRMs and dialers Ability to work independently and hit daily calling goals Reliable internet connection and headset Required Response How do you determine whether a seller is truly motivated versus just curious about their property's value? Questions to Ask Property Owners Have you considered selling the property? What has you thinking about selling? How soon would you like to sell? Is the property currently owner-occupied, tenant-occupied, or vacant? Can you tell me about the condition of the property? Have there been any recent updates or renovations? Are there any repairs that need to be completed? How old are the roof, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems? What do you believe the property is worth? Do you currently have a mortgage on the property? What would be your ideal selling price? If we could agree on a fair price, how quickly would you be ready to move forward? Are there any other decision-makers involved? Time zone and availability. Bonus Points Experience with PropStream, Batch Dialer, Mojo, CallTools, XenCall, ReadyMode, or similar systems. Experience speaking with motivated sellers, pre-foreclosures, vacant properties, inherited properties, or absentee owners. We are looking for someone who can become a long-term member of our team and consistently identify motivated sellers for us to make offers on.
