We are looking for an experienced cold caller who can confidently speak with property owners, uncover motivation, gather property details, and identify qualified sellers who are interested in receiving an offer. What You'll Be Doing Call approximately 2,500 property owners from our provided lead lists Build rapport with homeowners Identify property owners who may be interested in selling Gather detailed property information Determine seller motivation and timeline Accurately update CRM notes after each conversation Flag qualified leads for follow-up and offer presentation Schedule appointments when appropriate Required Experience Previous real estate cold calling experience (investor, wholesaling, or residential real estate preferred) Strong English communication skills Ability to handle objections professionally Experience using CRMs and dialers Ability to work independently and hit daily calling goals Reliable internet connection and headset Required Response How do you determine whether a seller is truly motivated versus just curious about their property's value?
