Real Estate litigation paralegal

Urgent real estate litigation matters in Clark County District Court, Nevada. The prior sellers filed a lawsuit for quiet title, rescission, and fraud after losing both the summary eviction proceedings and their appeal. The TRO was denied, but a preliminary injunction hearing is scheduled for July 15, 2026. I am seeking a paralegal to assist with document preparation only, including the preliminary injunction filings, a motion to dismiss, a motion for summary judgment, and my answer and counterclaims. I have limited financial resources and cannot afford full legal representation. My plan is to have a paralegal prepare the paperwork and then retain an attorney on a limited-scope basis to review the filings and appear in court, allowing me to manage costs as effectively as possible.
