Real Estate Video Editor (DaVinci Resolve Cloud Workflow) I’m looking for a video editor experienced with real estate content who can create clean, polished, and professional property videos. These edits do not require heavy effects or complex motion graphics—I’m primarily looking for smooth pacing, strong music selection, and a high-quality final product. Project Details * Immediate need for 1 video. * Up to 5 total videos available for the right editor. * Fixed price: $200 per video. * Turnaround time: 2–3 days per video. Workflow Requirements * Must be comfortable working within DaVinci Resolve Cloud. * I will create and share a DaVinci Resolve Cloud project. * All footage will be provided via a Dropbox link as proxy files. * You will edit directly within the shared DaVinci Resolve Cloud timeline so I can review progress and collaborate as needed. * Editor will be responsible for selecting appropriate music and delivering a completed, polished video. What I’m Looking For * Experience editing real estate or architectural videos. * Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and music selection. * Reliable communication and quick turnaround times. * Familiarity with DaVinci Resolve Cloud collaboration workflows. If the first project is a good fit, there is an opportunity for ongoing work across the remaining videos and future projects.
