Realistic AI/VFX Recreation CCTV Footage

Job Description: I’m looking for an experienced AI video/VFX artist who can create a highly realistic recreation of a lithium-ion battery fire/thermal runaway event using an original CCTV clip as visual reference. This should not be a stylized animation or generic fire effect. The final clip needs to preserve the realism and key physical details of the reference event, including the violent flame jetting, sudden ignition behavior, smoke spray, heat intensity, and overall CCTV-like appearance. The final result should feel like real security footage, not a cartoon, game render, or overly polished CGI scene. The original footage cannot be used publicly, so the goal is to create a new AI/VFX recreation based on the reference clip rather than simply cleaning up, enhancing, or reposting the original. The reference clip has low resolution, haze/pixelation, timestamps, and/or watermark elements, and the final output should not include those. The original reference clip is attached within. The final clip should be delivered in a 1:1 aspect ratio. Only the bottom portion of the reference clip needs to be retained/recreated, so the top portion can be cropped out.
