TV Reality Show Pilot Editor Needed (30–45 Minute Pilot episodes) I’m looking for an experienced video editor to help bring my reality TV pilot to life. This is a professionally filmed reality show pilot for my independent television network. The goal is to create an engaging, fast-paced episode with high-quality storytelling that feels similar in energy to major reality television series. What I Already Have * All footage has already been organized by category. * Multiple camera angles. * Confessional interviews. * B-roll and supporting footage. * Audio files organized. * Episode structure and creative direction. I’m looking for someone who can focus on editing—not organizing hundreds of random clips. What I’m Looking For * Experience editing reality TV, documentaries, or YouTube series with strong storytelling. * Ability to build suspense, humor, and dramatic moments. * Smooth transitions and professional pacing. * Color correction and basic audio cleanup. * Ability to incorporate music, sound effects, lower thirds, and graphics when appropriate. * Excellent communication and willingness to collaborate creatively. Style The editing style should feel energetic, cinematic, and binge-worthy. I want viewers hooked within the first few minutes and excited to watch the next episode.
