Reamaze Account Setup and Configuration

Re:amaze Specialist — Re:amaze Setup, WooCommerce Integrations & Training (Remote) We run four WordPress + WooCommerce stores selling wholesale medical uniforms. We have an existing Re:amaze account that hasn’t been configured or connected to any stores. We’re looking for an experienced Re:amaze specialist to fully implement the platform, integrate it with all four sites, create efficient workflows and macros, and train our team to use it day-to-day. Scope & deliverables - Audit current Re:amaze account and recommend optimal settings, inbox structure, and routing. - Connect and configure Re:amaze for all four WooCommerce stores, including order and customer data syncing. - Set up channels: email, chat widget, and (optional) social/FB Messenger integrations. - Create inboxes, routing rules, tags, and priorities tailored for wholesale customers (account types, order thresholds). - Build canned responses/macros, automated workflows, and triggers for common use cases: order status, shipping updates, returns/refunds, reorder reminders, and escalations. - Implement live chat widget on all sites with branding and pre-chat forms to capture order/customer context. - Configure Re:amaze + Klaviyo or other integrations where useful (if applicable). - Define and create shared views, SLAs, and reporting dashboards (CSAT, response time, resolution rate). - Provide documentation, SOPs, and a recorded walkthrough of the setup. - Deliver live training sessions (2–3 sessions) for you and your team, plus one 30-day follow-up support session to refine workflows. Desired experience - Proven Re:amaze implementation experience with WooCommerce integrations. - Strong knowledge of customer support best practices for ecommerce and wholesale businesses. - Experience creating macros, automation workflows, and routing for multi-store setups. - Familiarity with Klaviyo, WooCommerce hooks/webhooks, and common ecommerce integrations is a plus. - Clear communicator with training experience and good documentation skills.
