Rebuild website using Kadence/Gutenberg blocks to get rid of Thrive Architect

Summary

I am looking for an experienced WordPress developer with strong Gutenberg and Kadence experience to migrate my existing website away from Thrive Architect and Thrive Theme Builder. Website: https://magnificentmidlife.com Project objective: The goal is to completely remove the site's dependency on Thrive Architect and Thrive Theme Builder and rebuild the key pages using Kadence and Gutenberg/Kadence Blocks. I do not want to replace Thrive with another page builder such as Elementor, Divi, WPBakery, LiveCanvas or similar unless there is a compelling reason. The completed site should: • Be fully editable using standard WordPress tools, Gutenberg and Kadence Blocks. • Be maintainable by a non-technical assistant. • Preserve the existing branding and general look and feel. • Not need to be a pixel-perfect copy of the current site. • Remove all Thrive dependencies. Scope: The majority of the site consists of standard blog and podcast posts which do not need rebuilding. The work is primarily focused on a relatively small number of Thrive Architect pages, including: • Homepage • About page • Podcast landing page • Media page • Book page • Resources page • Work with me • Contact page • A small number of additional supporting pages Some pages are very similar to others in structure so can be duplicated and then edited. Podcast category pages follow the same structure and should be treated as reusable templates rather than unique page builds. I built the site so am familiar with what is needed. Requirements: Please explain: 1. Do you have experience migrating sites away from Thrive Architect to Gutenberg/Kadence? 2. Whether you would use free Kadence Blocks, Kadence Pro, or another Kadence-related solution. 3. Your proposed approach. 4. Whether you would rebuild pages manually or use an automated conversion process. 5. Estimated cost. I must have an estimate to proceed. 6. Estimated timescale. Important: The objective is simplicity and maintainability rather than an exact visual clone. The site owner would prefer a clean, modern Kadence/Gutenberg implementation that is easy to update and maintain in the future. Please do not contact me outside of Upwork. You will be immediately disqualified if you do.
