AI Receptionist Developer for Australian Medical Centres

We're looking for an experienced AI Receptionist Developer to design, build and optimise an AI-powered virtual receptionist for Australian medical centres. The solution should be capable of handling inbound phone calls, answering common patient enquiries, booking appointments, routing calls, collecting patient information, and integrating with practice management systems where appropriate. Requirements: Proven experience developing AI voice agents or AI receptionists (please provide examples). Experience with conversational AI platforms, LLMs, voice technologies and workflow automation. Strong understanding of API integrations and third-party software. Ability to build reliable, natural-sounding conversational experiences with appropriate escalation to human staff. Excellent English communication skills. Highly Desirable: Experience working with Australian healthcare providers. Familiarity with Australian medical practice workflows and patient communications. Experience integrating with medical practice management software such as Best Practice, MedicalDirector, Genie, Halaxy, Cliniko, or HotDoc.
