Reconciliation Expert Needed for QuickBooks & stripe & PayPal

Summary We are building a smart reconciliation automation tool for QuickBooks, focused specifically on Stripe & PayPal ecommerce flows. We are looking for a highly experienced accountant or book keeping professional (bookkeeper/accountant) who has deep, hands-on experience reconciling Stripe and PayPal transactions and can guide our development team in building a market-ready solution. We need around 10 person who can use there Quickbooks + Stripe + Paypal test our application only with real time clients data and give the us feedback how auto reconciliation is working This is not a routine bookkeeping role. This is an advisor + domain expert role to help us design, validate, and test a smart reconciliation product. What We Need From You Deep experience reconciling Stripe & PayPal → QuickBooks Online Strong understanding of: Gross vs net sales Gateway fees Refunds & partial refunds Chargebacks & disputes Payout batching & timing mismatches Clearing accounts Ability to explain pain points clearly to developers Willingness to: Test our application using your Quickbooks + Stripe + PayPal Review our automation logic Validate reconciliation accuracy Test our application with real-world scenarios Suggest improvements to make the product market-ready Your Responsibilities TEST WITH REAL TIME OR CLIENTS DATA Provide requirements and real-world reconciliation logic Identify gaps in existing tools Validate our AI-assisted reconciliation results Help us avoid common accounting mistakes Act as a domain reviewer, not a data-entry bookkeeper Mandatory Questions (Answer All – Applications Without Answers Will Be Rejected) DO YOU HAVE REAL CLIENTS DATA TO TEST WITH OUR APPLICATION?
