Recreate AI Door Hanger into Editable Print-Ready Design

I have 2 different AI-generated mockups of a double-sided door hanger for my exterior cleaning business. I need them professionally recreated as print-ready 4.5" × 11" door hangers (front and back). Important: Do not simply stretch or upscale the AI image. Please recreate the design while matching the layout, colors, fonts, and overall look as closely as possible. If something needs to be adjusted to fit the proper dimensions, use your design judgment while keeping it visually consistent. Deliverables: Fully editable PSD or GIMP (.XCF) with organized, named layers. Print-ready PDF (300 DPI, with 0.125" bleed). Editable text (not rasterized). Separate layers for: Background Logo Text Before photo After photo Icons QR code Phone number Images should remain easy to replace so I can swap before/after photos in the future. Colors, text, and layout should all remain fully editable.
