**Title:** Canva Designer Needed to Create Reusable Real Estate Newsletter Template (2-Page Print Mailer) **Project Overview** I am a residential real estate agent in Berkeley, California looking for a graphic designer with strong Canva experience to create a reusable newsletter template. The goal is to accurately recreate the existing layout while making it editable. The existing color palette, visual style, spacing, and editorial feel should remain intact.
