Recreate Hand-Drawn Medical Office Evacuation Plan – Professional Vector / Print-Ready

I need an experienced CAD/vector designer to professionally recreate an existing hand-drawn emergency evacuation floor plan for a medical office. I will provide the hand-drawn plan showing the actual office layout, including walls, rooms, doors, exits, and evacuation routes. The layout has already been determined. This is not a floor-plan design project. The freelancer's job is to accurately trace/recreate the supplied drawing and turn it into a clean, professional evacuation map suitable for printing and posting inside the medical office. Accuracy is extremely important. This map will be used as an actual emergency reference. Do not redesign, reinterpret, or "improve" the physical layout. Do not add or remove doors, walls, rooms, exits, or evacuation routes unless specifically instructed. The finished plan should have a professional architectural/life-safety appearance, including clear room labels, red evacuation-route arrows, green EXIT indicators, a prominent YOU ARE HERE marker, a legend, emergency instructions, and designated meeting/assembly point.
