Recreate 10 PDF Guides as Editable Adobe InDesign Files

We have 10 existing 4-page PDF guides that need to be recreated as clean, editable Adobe InDesign files. All 10 PDFs use the same general look and feel, so this should be approached by building one editable InDesign template/master layout first, then using that template to recreate the remaining guides while making small tweaks to each file. The final files need to be easy for our internal designer to update later. We need editable text, editable boxes/shapes, clean layout structure, and packaged InDesign files — not just flat PDF placement The freelancer should: * Build one reusable InDesign template based on the existing design * Recreate each PDF as an editable .indd file * Ensure all text is editable * Ensure boxes, cards, tables, callouts, and shapes are editable * Use paragraph/character styles where appropriate * Maintain the existing look and feel as closely as possible * Extract or relink images/assets as needed * Package final InDesign files with linked assets * Provide exported PDF versions for review * Provide a fonts list or note any font substitutions This should not be done by simply placing each PDF as a flat image inside InDesign. We need the files rebuilt so our designer can make future copy and layout edits. Because all files follow the same design system, we expect the first guide to take the longest, with the remaining guides built from the shared template. Preferred Process: We would like to start with one paid sample guide first. If the sample is clean and editable, we will approve the remaining nine guides. Deliverables: 1. Packaged Adobe InDesign files for all 10 guides 2. Linked image/assets folder 3. Exported review PDFs 4. Fonts list / notes on font substitutions 5. One reusable template/master file if separate from the guide files
