Recreate my existing logo as editable vector source file

I already have a logo in JPG format and I need someone to recreate it properly as an editable vector file. The logo is already designed, so I am not looking for a new concept or redesign. I just need the same logo recreated cleanly and accurately so I can use it for future editing, printing, website, and social media. The brand name is Petora.
