Recruiter Needed – Inside Sales Talent Sourcing (LinkedIn & Outbound Focus) We're hiring a recruiter to help us build our inside sales team. Your job is simple: find great candidates, get them excited about the opportunity, and get them in front of us. We'll take it from there. What You'll Be Doing: * Sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, and any other channels where strong inside sales talent hangs out * Writing and posting compelling job listings that attract the right people * Reaching out directly to passive candidates with personalized, persuasive outreach * Screening candidates with a light-touch pre-qualification conversation to make sure they're a fit before passing them along * Keeping a steady pipeline moving — we want volume and quality * Communicating clearly with our team on candidate status and feedback What You Won't Be Doing: You won't be making offers or handling compensation negotiations — that stays with us. Your focus is entirely on sourcing, outreach, and getting qualified candidates to show up for interviews. What We're Looking For: * Proven experience recruiting for sales roles — inside sales experience is a strong plus * A hunter mentality: you know how to find people who aren't actively looking and make them curious * Strong written and verbal communication — your outreach messages need to get responses * Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter or similar sourcing tools * Organized and self-directed — you'll be managing your own pipeline with minimal hand-holding * Track record of filling roles, not just submitting resumes
