Recruiter + Cold Caller + Virtual Assistant — Versatile Remote All-Rounder (Real Estate)

We are a growing US real estate company building a remote team, and we are looking for ONE versatile, people-first all-rounder who can wear three hats: recruiter/interviewer, cold caller, and virtual assistant. If you are warm on the phone, organized, and like variety in your day, this is for you. This is a long-term role with room to grow. We provide the scripts, the leads, the tools, and the training — you bring great people skills, reliability, and a willingness to learn. What You Will Do Recruiting & Interviewing (the "people" side) - Screen and message inbound applicants for our other roles - Run friendly first-round phone/video interviews using our questions - Schedule interviews and keep candidates warm and informed Cold Calling (the "outreach" side) - Make outbound calls to US landlords, realtors, and property managers using our scripts - Introduce our services, qualify interest, and book appointments for our team - Log every call outcome in our CRM right away Virtual Assistant (the "support" side) - Manage inbox, calendar, scheduling, and follow-ups - Keep our CRM and trackers tidy and up to date - Handle ad-hoc admin tasks that keep the team moving You Are a Great Fit If You - Have clear, friendly spoken English that US professionals understand easily on the phone - Genuinely like talking to people — interviewing candidates AND calling prospects - Are organized and reliable enough to juggle recruiting, calling, and admin in one day - Have some cold calling, customer service, recruiting, or VA experience (any of these is a plus) - Are coachable, self-managing, and motivated by results Coverage / Hours We are building 18-hour coverage (roughly US Eastern morning through New Zealand evening), so we welcome applicants across many time zones — tell us your timezone and the hours you can reliably commit. Pay $4-6/hr depending on experience, PLUS performance bonuses (e.g. per qualified appointment booked and per successful hire you help bring on). Pay review at 60 days for strong performers.
