Recruiter (Contract) - US Based

We are looking for an experienced US-based Recruiter preferably in the Midwest. A big plus would be someone in the Cedar Rapids, IA area to support our recruitment efforts. This is a remote contract position with flexible hours. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in phone recruitment for any level of role, excellent verbal and written English communication skills, and Responsibilities: - Source, screen, and interview candidates for various roles - Communicate effectively in English with candidates and clients - Provide an excellent candidate experience - Interact with our full time team to ensure interview details are thoroughly communicated - Maintain accurate records of candidate progress and interactions Key Dimensions and Competencies for this Role: 1.
