Recruiter - Expert interviewer

Looking for a highly professional recruiter with excellent communication skills. This position will be almost entirely interviewing candidates on zoom for a variety of roles. You'll receive information on the position, the company, the candidate, and the hiring process for the role, and you'll also receive screening questions. You'll have a calendar where you can set your availability and candidates will schedule times on your calendar. Video interviews will be recorded. Must be comfortable being on lots of calls with candidates. Ideal candidate has strong experience interviewing candidates and intuitively understanding how to screen for a job and follow-up questions to ask, as well as how to provide feedback and insight into the candidate. Ideal schedule would start with a few hours per day and grow from there.
