Title: Recruiter / Headhunter Needed to Identify Indonesian Hajj & Umrah Industry Expert We are an American technology company building a software platform and marketplace for the Hajj and Umrah industry. We are seeking an experienced recruiter, headhunter, or executive search professional to help identify and approach a very specific candidate profile in Indonesia. We are looking for an English-speaking Indonesian Hajj & Umrah industry professional with deep industry experience and strong relationships. Ideal candidate backgrounds include: - Former Hajj & Umrah agency owner - Former General Manager - Former Operations Manager - Former Director - Industry trainer or consultant - Association leader or committee member This is not a traditional recruiting assignment. We are looking for someone who can proactively identify and approach senior industry professionals, including passive candidates who may not be actively seeking opportunities.
