Recruiter - Job Search and Applications Specialist

Search for and identify relevant job opportunities outside of LinkedIn, including company career sites, Indeed, Greenhouse, Lever, Workday, and other job boards. Prioritize jobs that have been posted within the last 24–48 hours so applications are submitted early. Apply to well-matched positions using my resume and other materials. Identify recruiters, hiring managers, communications leaders, and relevant employees at target companies. Conduct thoughtful LinkedIn and email outreach to recruiters and hiring managers after applying. Track applications, outreach, contacts, job links, dates applied, and follow-up dates in an organized spreadsheet. Continuously identify new opportunities and recommend roles that are a strong fit for my communications background. Ideal Candidate I’m looking for someone who is organized, proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced with job searching/recruiter outreach. You should understand how to identify strong-fit communications roles rather than submitting mass applications. Goal: Help me increase the number of quality applications, recruiter conversations, and ultimately interviews for communications positions.
