Recruiter Needed to Hire an SDR / Sales Development Representative – Success-Based Hiring Project

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to help us hire a qualified Sales Development Representative (SDR) for our software company in Cairo, Egypt. This is not just a CV sourcing task. The project will only be considered completed when the SDR is successfully hired. The recruiter will manage the full hiring process, including: Understanding the SDR role requirements Sourcing candidates based in Cairo Screening applicants Conducting initial interviews Shortlisting qualified candidates Coordinating interviews with our team Following up with candidates Supporting the process until the final candidate is hired Important Requirement This project is considered successful only after we hire the SDR. Submitting CVs or candidate lists alone is not enough. We need someone who can manage the recruitment process until the right candidate is hired. SDR Role Requirements We are hiring an SDR based in Cairo, Egypt who will be responsible for: Finding and contacting potential B2B clients Calling, messaging, and following up with leads Qualifying prospects Booking meetings or demos for the sales team Working in the software / ERP / SaaS industry Preferred Candidate Profile Based in Cairo Good communication skills Experience in telesales, SDR, lead qualification, or B2B sales is preferred Software / ERP / SaaS experience is a plus Arabic is required, English is a plus Ideal Recruiter The ideal freelancer should have experience hiring: SDRs Telesales B2B Sales Software / ERP / SaaS sales roles Candidates in the Egyptian market, especially Cairo Payment Structure We prefer milestone-based payment. Suggested milestones: Sourcing and screening candidates Shortlist of qualified candidates Final hiring of the selected SDR The final milestone will be released only after the SDR is successfully hired.
