Recruiter Needed — Ongoing Remote Hiring (Philippines Focus) | ~2 Roles/Month

About us We're a New York–based architectural and commercial lighting distribution company. Our team is fully distributed — independent contractors across the US, the Philippines, Kosovo, and Latin America. We're growing steadily and hiring continuously. We're looking for a recruiter to own our sourcing and screening pipeline on a long-term, recurring basis. The work You'll run full-cycle sourcing and screening for roughly 2 new positions per month, ongoing. Typical roles include: Virtual assistants / executive assistants Project managers and project coordinators Procurement / purchasing managers Order entry and quotation specialists Bookkeeping and AP/AR support Sales and estimating support Most hires are Philippines-based, working 8–10 hours of overlap with US Eastern time. All roles are full-time independent contractor engagements, hired directly (not through an agency). What you'll do Take a short intake call or written brief from me on each role Write or refine the job description and post it across the right channels Source and screen candidates — resume review, English proficiency, relevant experience, home office and internet reliability Run a first-round screening interview and submit a shortlist of 3–5 qualified candidates with your notes and recommendation Schedule final interviews with me and handle candidate communication throughout Assist with reference checks and a smooth handoff to onboarding Target turnaround: a shortlist within 7–10 days of the brief. What we're looking for Proven track record recruiting Philippines-based remote talent for Western companies — please share specifics Fluency in the local channels: OnlineJobs.ph, JobStreet, Kalibrr, LinkedIn, Facebook job groups, referral networks Strong screening judgment. We'd rather see 3 excellent candidates than 15 resumes Clear, responsive written English and reliable follow-through Comfortable working independently with light supervision Nice to have: experience hiring for construction, distribution, manufacturing, or B2B supply businesses; familiarity with tools like Airtable, QuickBooks Online, or Slack. Engagement and rate This is an ongoing relationship, not a one-off. I'm open to structuring it as: A flat fee per successful placement, or An hourly rate with an agreed cap per role Tell me which you prefer and what your rate looks like.
