Recruiter Needed: Source Home-Video Participants in Brazil (Commission + Bonuses)

Job Description We are running a home-based video data-collection project and are seeking motivated local recruiters with strong networks in Brazil to help us source, pre-screen, and onboard participants. What You’ll Do: - Source Candidates: Leverage your local network, social media, or community groups to find participants in Brazil. - Pre-Screen for Eligibility: Ensure candidates meet basic requirements (e.g., approved smartphone, reliable Wi-Fi, and willingness to record video content at home). Onboard & Guide: Walk your candidates through our screening process, assist them with sign-up, and ensure they successfully complete their onboarding. Requirements: - Based in or have a deeply established local network in Brazil. - Fluent in English (for communication with our team). Experience in recruitment, sourcing, community management, or affiliate/network marketing is highly preferred. Excellent communication and organizational skills to keep track of your candidates. Compensation & Pay Structure: - We offer a performance-based payout structure with excellent earning potential: - Base Commission: Payout for every successfully onboarded participant. - Performance Bonus: An escalating incentive structure—the more video hours your candidates successfully complete, the higher your payout.
