Recruiter Needed to Source Taiwanese English Speakers for Language Data Collection Project

We are seeking an experienced recruiter or talent sourcer to help identify and onboard Taiwanese English speakers for an ongoing language data collection project. Responsibilities: Source eligible participants through professional networks, communities, and outreach channels. Screen candidates based on project requirements. Coordinate participant onboarding and communication. Ensure recruited participants meet the project's language and recording requirements. Participant Requirements: Native Taiwanese speaker. Comfortable speaking English naturally with a Taiwanese accent. Reliable internet connection and ability to follow project instructions. Access to a quiet environment for recording tasks. Ideal Recruiter Profile: Experience in recruitment, talent sourcing, or participant recruitment. Access to Taiwanese professional, academic, or language communities. Strong communication and organizational skills. Previous experience with language, localization, AI training, or data collection projects is a plus.
