Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Recruiter to support hiring for ABA Behavior Technicians on a cost-per-hire basis. Recruiters must specify their cost per hire when applying. Responsibilities include sourcing, screening, and coordinating qualified candidates who are passionate about working with children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder. The ideal candidate has strong communication and organizational skills, experience with high-volume recruiting, and the ability to consistently deliver quality hires in a fast-paced healthcare environment. Experience in ABA, healthcare, or behavioral health recruiting is preferred.
