Recruiter Needed for Commercial Real Estate Finance Firm

We are looking for an experienced recruiter to help Clopton Capital identify, contact, and recruit high-quality commercial real estate finance professionals. Clopton Capital is a national commercial mortgage brokerage focused on commercial real estate debt, bridge loans, construction financing, SBA loans, insurance, equity, and related capital markets services. We are expanding and looking for someone who can help us build a stronger recruiting pipeline for loan originators, business development professionals, capital markets professionals, and referral-based producers. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting for some combination of: Commercial real estate finance Mortgage brokerage Commercial banking Private lending Debt funds Capital markets Business development / sales roles Commercial insurance or financial services sales Responsibilities will include: Identifying qualified candidates on LinkedIn, job boards, and other recruiting platforms Building targeted candidate lists Reaching out to candidates with professional messaging Screening candidates for sales ability, industry experience, production history, and fit Scheduling introductory calls Helping us refine job descriptions and recruiting strategy Keeping a simple pipeline tracker updated We are especially interested in candidates who already understand commission-based or production-based recruiting, since many of our roles may be based around originations, deal flow, and relationship development. You should be comfortable recruiting entrepreneurial salespeople who can source commercial real estate financing opportunities, build referral relationships, and help grow a national platform.
