Recruiter Needed for Mandarin Bilingual Audio Recording Project

We are looking for an recruiter to source native Mandarin speakers for a remote bilingual conversation-recording project. Participants will work in pairs and have natural, conversations switching between English and .Mandarin Participant Requirements - Be native Mandarin speakers - Have at least B2-level English proficiency - Be able to switch naturally between English and Mandarin - Be comfortable will a scripted conversation - Have access to a quiet recording environment - Contribute no more than one recorded speech hour - Native Mandarin speakers residing outside mainland China Recruiter Responsibilities - Source and pre-screen qualified participants - Verify their age, native language, English proficiency, and location - Confirm that they can code-switch naturally - Supporting with communication between participants and our team Project Details - Fully remote - Two participants per conversation - Approximately 1 hour per session of live session - Natural and scripted discussion - Topics and recording instructions will be provided - No professional recording experience is required Compensation: - Base Commission: Payout for every participant completed session How to Apply Please include: - The number of qualified participants you can provide within 2 weeks
