Recruiter Needed for Part-Time CPA Search

LINKEDIN TALENT SOURCER – KOREAN-ENGLISH BILINGUAL CPA CANDIDATES We are hiring an experienced LinkedIn recruiter or talent sourcer to find ** TWO** candidates for accounting and audit roles. Both roles share the same candidate pool. TARGET CANDIDATES * **Korean-English bilingual** * **US CPA or Korean CPA** * Based in the United States * Audit experience is must * Open to seasonal, part-time, or project-based work RESPONSIBILITIES * Search LinkedIn using Boolean and advanced sourcing methods * Prepare an initial list of **30 qualified profiles** * Include profile link, current role, company, location, and short fit summary * Draft outreach messages for approval * Contact candidates after approval * Identify candidates who understand the role and are interested in an interview: at least five each. IMPORTANT Providing profile links alone is not sufficient. The final deliverable must include candidates who have reviewed the basic role details and expressed interest in an interview.
