Summary

We are an educational organization seeking a recruiter to help place in-person teachers in the US (California). This is a performance-based role with a pay-per-hire bounty structure. Hourly + Bonus Per Hire The ideal candidate will have experience in recruiting and placing teachers, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently. We are looking for someone who can identify qualified candidates, coordinate placements, and ensure a smooth hiring process.
