Location: Remote (United States Only) Headquarters: New Jersey Hours: 15–30 hours per week Compensation: $15–$30/hour, depending on experience Potential Growth: Opportunity to transition into full-time hours for the right fit if desired About the Role We are seeking a highly organized, outgoing, and enthusiastic Recruiter to support our hiring efforts during our busy season beginning in August. We are looking to hire immediately to begin onboarding and initial recruiting projects ahead of our busy season. This is a fully remote, part-time opportunity with flexible hours, though candidates must be available during some Eastern Time business hours for phone calls and interviews. Most interviews will be on EST time with some CST in the future. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys connecting with people, managing multiple priorities, and helping build great teams. *Responsibilities* -Source and engage qualified candidates for open positions using our systems -Screen applicants and conduct initial interviews -Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communications -Maintain organized recruiting pipelines and hiring records within our database -Partner with hiring managers throughout the recruitment process -Support recruiting efforts for conferences and industry events as needed - travel possible for the right candidate with travel expenses paid *Qualifications* Required -Exceptional organizational and communication skills -Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor -Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities -Ability to work independently in a remote environment -Must be based in the United States Preferred Experience recruiting for schools, education-related organizations, or similar environments Most importantly, we're looking for someone with enthusiasm, strong people skills, and the ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment. Additional Information -Fully remote position -Some travel may be required for conferences or recruiting events -Multiple rounds of interviews will be conducted as part of the hiring process -Selected candidates will begin with initial recruiting projects to evaluate mutual fit before being considered for additional hours and long-term engagement. -Strong performers may be considered for additional hours and possible pay raise based on experience and fit -While recruiting experience is preferred, we value attitude, organization, communication skills, and enthusiasm just as highly.
