Recruiter — Poach Amazon Wholesale Buyers via LinkedIn

We're an omnichannel Amazon reseller hiring an experienced Buyer (new brand & distributor acquisition). We don't want job-board applicants. We want you to poach passive, proven buyers off LinkedIn from other Amazon resellers and similar e-commerce companies. We'll hand you a target-company list to source from. What you'll do Source experienced Amazon FBA wholesale buyers on LinkedIn, targeting employees of the companies on our list (plus similar resellers you identify). Run personalized outreach / InMail to passive candidates. This is active hunting, not posting and waiting. Run a short qualification call to confirm fit against our criteria. Deliver a vetted shortlist of interested, qualified candidates, plus a brief on each. Who you're hunting for (the candidate profile) 3+ years in Amazon FBA wholesale / reselling. Currently or formerly a buyer / sourcer at an Amazon reseller, or ran their own FBA reselling business. Has existing brand and distributor relationships. Well spoken, US-based, open to hybrid (Linden, NJ). What we need from you (the recruiter) Proven sourcing / recruiting experience, ideally in e-commerce, Amazon, or supply chain. Strong LinkedIn sourcing skills. You must have your own LinkedIn Recruiter or Sales Navigator. A track record of poaching passive candidates, not just screening inbound applicants. Clear, professional English for outreach and screening calls (you represent our brand). Deliverables & success metric A vetted shortlist of [5-8] qualified, interested candidates within ~10 days. Initial qualification call completed on each before handoff. A short weekly update: targets contacted, response rate, shortlist status.
