Recruiter / Sourcer VA — Construction Staffing (Full-Time) Type: Full-time (40 hrs/week) · Long-term Location: Remote Schedule: Overlap with U.S. business hours required About us We're a construction-focused staffing and recruiting firm. We place skilled trades, field, and office talent — Project Managers, Superintendents, Estimators, Foremen, Laborers, and more — with general contractors, subcontractors, and developers. We're looking for a sharp, self-driven Recruiting/Sourcing VA to keep our candidate pipeline full and moving. What you'll do - Source active and passive candidates for construction roles across LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter, job boards, and resume databases - Build and run Boolean searches to find hard-to-fill trades and field roles - Review resumes and shortlist candidates against job requirements - Conduct initial outreach (email, InMail, SMS, calls) and pre-screen for interest, availability, pay expectations, and location - Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and recruiters - Keep our ATS/CRM clean and up to date — accurate notes, statuses, and pipelines - Post and refresh job ads across platforms - Track sourcing metrics and report on pipeline activity weekly What we're looking for - 1+ year of recruiting or sourcing experience (construction, trades, or industrial staffing is a big plus) - Strong Boolean search and sourcing skills across LinkedIn Recruiter and job boards - Excellent written and spoken English — you'll be talking to U.S. candidates - Comfortable with high-volume outreach and consistent follow-up - Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable with minimal supervision - Experience with an ATS/CRM (Bullhorn, Loxo, or similar) - Reliable high-speed internet, a backup connection, and a quiet space for calls Why work with us - Full-time, stable, long-term role - Clear process and supportive team - Room to grow as we scale Please reach out if interested.
