Recruiter / HR Specialist — Multi-Entity Portfolio (Ongoing, Part-Time)

About the Role We’re a fast-growing multi-entity business portfolio spanning real estate, logistics, home health care, and business services, and we need a sharp, high-energy recruiter to own hiring across all of it. You’ll run interviews three days a week (Monday/Wednesday/Friday) with occasional emergency same-day hires when a role opens unexpectedly. This is a long-term, recurring engagement — not a one-off project. What You’ll Do • Interview and hire candidates for multiple companies under one portfolio, each with different roles and needs • Source and screen on multiple platforms (Upwork, Indeed, LinkedIn, etc.) • Quickly understand each hiring manager’s actual needs — not just the job description, but the real gap they’re trying to fill • Move fast: same-week (sometimes same-day) turnaround from screen to hire • Evaluate candidates for true fit — skills, reliability, and culture — not just resume keywords • Coordinate interview scheduling across Mon/Wed/Fri, plus flex for urgent backfills What We’re Looking For • Solid HR / recruiting experience (agency or in-house both fine) • Strong communication skills and genuinely good energy — you’ll be the first impression candidates get of our companies • Comfortable managing multiple open reqs across different industries at once • Proven ability to screen efficiently and make confident fit assessments quickly • Self-starter who doesn’t need hand-holding once given a role brief Details • Ongoing part-time contract, recurring weekly hours • Core days: Monday - Saturday plus occasional urgent requests outside that schedule • Fully remote • Rate: $750 4 days per week Monday - Thursday // Wednesday - Saturday Flat salary - Additional bonus for filling the job fast To Apply Tell us about a time you had to fill a role fast and how you knew you’d found the right person.
