We are looking for an experienced recruiter to help us identify and hire top-performing sales professionals for multiple open positions across the United States and Latin America. This is an opportunity for recruiters who have a strong network of sales talent and can consistently deliver high-quality candidates for fast-growing companies. What We Are Looking For Proven experience recruiting sales professionals. Strong network of candidates in the United States and/or Latin America. Ability to identify candidates with real business development, lead generation, account management, and closing experience. Strong screening and communication skills. Experience working with startups, agencies, technology companies, or B2B services is a plus. Ability to present only qualified and relevant candidates. How We Work We expect pre-qualified, carefully vetted candidates that match the role requirements. We are not interested in mass candidate submissions. We create and manage the job postings ourselves. We reserve the right to reject any candidate that does not meet our expectations or hiring criteria. All information regarding clients, projects, operations, and business activities must remain strictly confidential.
