HR Recruiter / Talent Sourcer — Virtual Assistants (All Roles) + Local Cleaner Sourcing (Bonus)

We're Wizard Web Service a growing company with multiple business lines including digital services and cleaning operations in New Jersey and Pennsylvania. We need a recruiter who can help us build out our virtual team. You'll be sourcing and screening candidates for a variety of VA roles sales, customer service, operations coordinators, developers, and general admin. Your job is to find people, vet them, and send us a shortlist we can actually interview. What you'll deliver: Sourced, screened candidates for open VA roles (we'll brief you on each one) Short written summaries on each candidate before we meet them Ongoing pipeline management as our needs grow Skills we're looking for: Experience recruiting for remote/virtual roles Comfortable using platforms like Upwork, LinkedIn, or Indeed Strong written communication; you'll be representing us to candidates Organized and self-directed; we don't micromanage How we work: We move fast and communicate clearly. We'll give you a role brief, you run with it and check in with updates. No fluff, just results. Bonus opportunity: We also need local cleaners in NJ/PA for our cleaning business. If you have experience sourcing in the trades or service industry, there's extra commission when a cleaner you find becomes a client. Not required just a nice upside if it's in your wheelhouse.
